Since 2012, KSM Construction Ltd has been helping clients improve and transform their homes, bringing extensive building and construction experience to every project.
Six years ago, we expanded into air conditioning to meet the changing needs of our clients, particularly during loft conversions and home extensions. It was a natural next step: bringing year-round comfort into the spaces we were already helping to create.
Our air conditioning work has grown rapidly over those six years, while our approach has remained personal. We listen carefully, explain the options and work hard to make every client happy with both the installation and the finished result.

Can air conditioning heat my home too?
Many modern heat-pump air conditioning systems provide both heating and cooling. We can discuss the right equipment and capacity for your rooms.
How often should my system be serviced?
Annual servicing is a sensible starting point for home systems. Heavily used commercial equipment may need more frequent attention. Follow the manufacturer's requirements.
Can you replace an existing system?
Yes. We assess the existing installation, discuss removal and recommend compatible replacement equipment. Any making good is agreed in the quotation.
What warranty is included?
Our air conditioning installations include a three-year workmanship warranty, conditional on annual servicing. Equipment warranty and full terms are set out in your quotation.
Will I need planning permission?
Requirements depend on the property, location and proposed outdoor units. We discuss placement at the survey stage; any necessary permissions must be confirmed before installation.
